1. Information We Collect

Account and business information

We may collect your name, email address, login information, business profile, business identifier, contact details, and information you provide while using BSC.

Connected-platform information

When you choose to connect a social platform, BSC receives the information that platform makes available after you authorize the connection. Depending on the platform and permissions granted, this can include an account or member identifier, account name, email address, Page or organization identifiers, Page names, profile information, publishing permissions, and content or engagement information needed for the requested feature.

Content and usage information

We collect campaign content, drafts, media references, scheduling choices, publishing results, connection status, error information, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve BSC services.
• Connect the social accounts, Pages, and organizations you select.
• Create, schedule, publish, edit, or remove content when you instruct BSC to do so.
• Show connection details, Page selections, publishing status, and service results.
• Authenticate users, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
• Communicate about account activity, service changes, and support requests.
• Meet legal, regulatory, contractual, and security obligations.

3. Connected Social Platforms

A connection is made only after you authorize it through the applicable platform. BSC uses the permissions you grant only to provide the features you request. BSC does not sell connected-platform information or use it for unrelated advertising.

You can disconnect a platform from BSC at any time using the connection controls in Settings. Disconnecting stops future use of the connection, but may not revoke the authorization held by the platform itself. To fully revoke platform access, use the platform's own account or application settings as well.

4. Access Tokens and Security

Social-platform access tokens and related secrets are stored using encryption and are accessible only to the server-side processes that need them to perform an authorized action. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, or support BSC. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to BSC and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of BSC or others, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or security requirements. When you disconnect a platform, BSC stops using the connection and may mark related tokens as revoked. You may request deletion of your BSC account information and connected platform records, subject to information we must retain for legal or security reasons.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. You can also disconnect a social platform or stop using a BSC feature at any time. Contact us through the BSC contact page to make a privacy request.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

BSC may use session cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect requests, remember preferences, and maintain secure application sessions. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling required cookies may affect service functionality.

9. Children

BSC is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of BSC after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
